Casper is pretty much know as Crapspew’s “wild child.” He will tell you he is never wrong (and usually isn’t).

“If I knew I wrong on something I just wouldn’t say anything at all.”

Casper is a non stop ranter. He pretty much rants on a daily basis. Maybe it has to do with the fact that he is easily set off. And I guess there really isn’t much that doesn’t set him off.
